30 day refund/replacemement Policy

We offer a 30-day refund or replacement policy if your order was damaged, misprinted or you received the incorrect item. To be eligible you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at msmaniacsapparel@gmail.com. You will need to provide clear photos showing the issues with your ordered item/s and please include you order number on all communication.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at msmaniacsapparel@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide photos of the item/s with the issue and once we evaluate and approve, we will send out a replacement right away.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
